Okay the weekend is already here and hopefully you have plans to go out. BUT what are your plans if any to actually meet women? What are you going to do as far as approaching? What method are you going to use to snare her into your space?

Do yourself the favor and forget method – non of that is going to matter unless you are in the right state of mind. So many guys are negative about the bar/club they walked into thinking it “sucks” right off the bat or they don’t “feel the vibe”.

So what! Make the most of your environment and make your own fun. Yep you heard me correct stop complaining about the club / bar and bring your own fun. For crying out load if there are women there be a man and make the approach.

If the bar is just one big sausage fest by all means move on to the next bar and find some women – but always be the guy that is having fun and has his own party.

Too many guys are just staring into outer space with an ultra serious look. You really need to clean it up and look friendly. I’m sure women will agree they prefer a guy who looks friendly and approachable not some brooding weirdo.

Another thing I picked up from my co-workers was leave the one-liners at home. I work with a bartender and she heard them all and basically just shakes her head whenever guys say some one-liner thinking they are ultra cool.

Pick up lines suck ass big time so don’t use them. Women communicate on a totally different level then men – it’s all emotional.

What tool can any man use to attract women? FLIRTING!

It took me some time to really figure out how to communicate with women on a deeper level. When I finally discovered how to flirt with women I got a ton more dates and successes with women.

The best guide out there today is from Steve Scott and his book Flirt Mastery. If you are at a lost when speaking to women this book is really all you need. It’s not about memorizing scripts rather a “how to” on communicating with women on a sexual level.

Okay here I am sitting at work just thinking about women as usual thinking about what two of my co-workers said. They said they hated whenever random dudes would just walk into their space on the dance floor and start grinding up against them. If you see a group of girls all dancing by themselves don’t just jump in the middle and start dancing with the hottest one.

It just wont work. What I do is look for two girls having fun and dance on the floor by their side. I then move in and challenge them or I simply twirl them almost like a salsa dance move. For some reason women like that and for the most part won’t be creeped out by it.

Whatever you do on the dance floor smile and have fun!!

That is your #1 rule. HAVE FUN on the dance floor and don’t worry how you look. Remember most guys are just shuffling side to side. That’s what I do! There is no need to be John Travolta here just do simple moves but don’t be afraid to touch the girl and get physical. Kino here is super important, if you are timid you won’t go anywhere.

In fact I will say when you are face to face (and I mean close) to that girl on the dance floor go for the kiss. What else do you have to lose? Nada, zip, zero just go for it.

It’s that easy – trust me I went home alone many times because I did all the wrong things. Until I began to pay attention to what the MACKS were doing then I was able to put 2 & 2 together.

Hey guys I hope your Memorial Day Weekend was just as awesome as mine was. I got to damn drunk I was hung over for much of the weekend – but it doesn’t matter I was able to meet several sweet hearts and get their numbers.

Anyway there is something I want to talk to you about and that is transforming your weak game into a whole new field that reverberates strength. At the same time strengthening your personality or making it come out in a positive way.

Most of what I will talk about will come from the deep inner parts of your mind.

The very first thing you need to start doing is believing your are cool. Yes I mean you need to stop shitting on yourself and stop saying you are a loser. You are only a loser when you say it. You must believe you are cool and that women want to be with a guy just like you.

Trust me when I say that you are not being arrogant when you think you are cool – I prefer the term self empowerment. However at the same time if you dress up like Luke Skywalker and play video games all day you have some work to do.

It’s not enough to believe you are cool but your internal also needs to come out externally as well. Go out and let go of all the crutches you held on for so long.

My second tip is never ever let rejection crush you. Look you are inside a bar, club, outdoor fair whatever – 50% of the people there are women! If one chick shoots you down turn to the next one.

I had a buddy that was in a bar and the girl he tried to open flat out rejected him.

What does he do?

He turned to the girl right next to the one that rejected him and opened her. Ballsy? Yes! Did that method work? Absolutely.

Now here is the last sticking point for guys when transforming themselves into the men they want to be. Truthfully speaking this should be applied to every aspect of your life. Never care what other people think of you. Leaders have this quality when they make decisions and so do alpha males.

Why should you care what other people think of you? If you like house music over rock don’t let your friends clown you for your tastes. What I’m trying to get is BE YOUR OWN MAN! Don’t play follow the leader, do what you like

I know I touched on this subject before but I want to tackle it some more since this is probably the biggest sticking point with a lot of guys out there. I can care less who it is, ALL GUYS even your top PUA’s have all experienced approach anxiety.

The only difference is they figured it out sooner than most of the guys out there. I myself had the worst approach anxiety until I changed my mental focus.

Here are some tips to help you overcome this obstacle. As long as you can follow these three rules your dating life will improve by leaps and bounds.

First thing is you need to relax! Here is a little mental trick – only focus on positive outcomes you will have with women. This will help you reduce your fears and anxiety with women.

Second thing is to stay positive. Nothing is more of a buzz kill than hanging out with some cool people and you got Debbie Downer or Rainy Steve in the mix. No one really cares about your bad day.

Whatever issues you got going on in your life – FIX THEM!

Lastly – talk to every woman you encounter! Use these opportunities to PRACTICE your conversation skills and reduce nervousness.

Where can you find women to talk to?

• Checkout girls
• Women in your class
• Waitresses are grea (natural flirts)
• Women in clothing stores

Not so bad right? It’s really not that difficult once you start doing it and in a very short time your approach anxiety will be almost non-existent.

Here is the last in the series of pick up myths exposed and today’s post promises not to disappoint.

I want to talk about what I’ve heard a lot from other PUA’s out there and it all centered in the fact you should buy a girl a drink when you first meet them. Well I want to be the first to disagree with that statement…well sort of.

I agree that there are lots of women out there that are just plain liquor pimps all looking for some sucker to buy them drinks – 100% agreed.

At the same time if you are having a good time with your date and things are going well and you notice she is paying you attention and escalating the conversation with kino – then don’t be a cheap ass and NOT buy her a drink.

However NEVER EVER buy a girl a drink because you think it’s gentlemanly, polite or so that she’ll like you. That is a weak frame of mind, don’t do it.

Especially watch out for that random girl that walks up to you and says, “buy me a drink sweetie.”

Your first response should be – “No that’s okay you can buy me one!” I will guarantee the look on her face will be priceless.

Only buy a girl a drink on YOUR terms because you want to.

Hi guys I hope you enjoyed your weekend – I made great use of my Sunday Funday today catching a few drinks with friends mingling with some great looking women and watching the Lakers beat the Rockets.

I want to talk to you about one thing I see a lot of guys trying to become or aspiring to.

The Player

Yes I’m talking about that guy whose only goal is to get laid no matter what. There was even a reality show with 25 meatheads all believing they were the #1 “player”. One episode was enough for me to hate all reality shows for good.

Lets get one thing clear: there is nothing to admire from players. As stated before his only goal is to get laid and that’s it. Players are constantly on the prowl for any woman stupid enough to fall for their bullshit line and take them home.

I have known a couple of these guys myself and they were incredibly selfish to the point they would even cock block their buddies and hit on their women!

These player type guys are never happy with the woman they are with and thus don’t keep them for long. He just goes through them like potato chips, one after the other. Players devote so much time in trying to hookup they neglect other areas of their life.

I actually think it’s better to be a badboy than a player. Badboys challenge women and never compromise who they are. Badboys operate from a completely different mindset where their happiness isn’t how many women he can sleep with. Never confuse a badboy with a jerk. Jerks are just meatheads that generally disrespect women and oddly enough they will never attract the quality woman they would like to have.

Ultimately women will reject the “player” type for the challenging badboy that can spark that emotional fire.

There is a ton of advice out there for men in dating and some of it is very good but there is also a lot of information that is flat out wrong. Some of it can be damaging to your game and ultimate success with women.

I want to dispel of couple of bogus dating myths that can and will destroy your chances with women.

The first I want to attack is the whole idea of peacocking. In case you don’t know peacocking is dressing to stand out, or to have an item of clothing or an accessory that looks interesting. Why do you ask?  So girls can comment on it if she is interested in starting a conversation with you.

Are you for real?

Why do you want to go against who you are and put up a show so you are the center of attention? On top of that why do you want to stand out like some goof ball?

Believe me when I say that you will look like a fool. Let’s say you dressed normally and then poof one day you decide to paint your fingernails black, wear a furry hat and put on “guy liner”. You look like someone trying too hard.

Guys like Mystery can pull it off because that’s their personality – they always dressed in some sort of weird way and it fits who they are.

Naturally it will attract some attention and sure he get feedback – he just learned to use it for his advantage over time.

What I’m saying is that if you are trying to peacock to attract women it will never work for you. Women will smell you faking it from a mile away.

Hey guys – I started a new job yesterday and I must say I’m loving it. Yep, I was laid off last month (what can I say – bad economy) however I was able to find work fairly quickly. It comes to a relief since I was running low on funds and basically keeping a low profile.

But so far I feel great and my new co-workers seem pretty cool. At least now I will be able to enjoy myself a little more and not keep such a close eye on my bank account.

Funny thing is that it’s still didn’t stop me from going out and having a good time. I made good use of coffee dates and meeting new people.

I would grab a free copy of urban newspapers that were full of fun new places to go and required little money to spend.

You can do the same as well. It doest matter if you make little money or even in between jobs enjoy your life!

Hey guys hope you had an eventful weekend. Mine was quiet I’m actually starting a new job first thing Monday morning so I have kept a low profile for the last 3 weeks.

As you know I’m a big proponent of online dating. It’s easy and you don’t have to go through much of the hurdles as to going out all the time to pick up women. So far I have been able to meet several women from online dating and Plenty Of Fish has actually worked as well.

Now I will be the first to tell you that since it’s a free online dating site you will have a lower response rate to those sites that you actually have to pay.

Truth be told – with free online dating sites you have more flakes with profiles. These women are receiving sooooo many emails from weirdos, they basically get immune to it. To be honest they don’t all respond in fact 25% of the women I contact never read my email. Also I can see that some of the photos are clearly plucked from Perfect 10 magazine.

When it comes right down to it your best shot is paying for a service like Match.com or Lavalife.com. The members took the time to write “their best” profile and paid for the service.

They are more apt to actually read the emails they get. If they are crap then they move on to the next guy who sparks their interest. I guess what I’m trying to say is don’t expect to meet the love of your life from a free dating service.

I recommend that you shell out a couple of bucks and get with Mach or Lavalife you will get a more serious person on the other end.

I’m still getting a pretty good response from Plenty of Fish but I am sending out emails like mad to these women. My only problem is that I feel I’m running out of women to contact or I’m expanding my search parameters. When I use my Match.com account I get more with less effort.

Okay guys I posted this in the hope that you will include online dating in your arsenal. It works for me – that’s all I can say.
