Sorry guys it’s been a while I know – I’ve been super busy with life and as a result tough to write my posts on a consistent basis. No need to worry I put together  some important food for thought, Are You Practicing Your Pick Up?

It’s a legitimate question you need to ask yourself. If you are a complete newbie how are you supposed to know the I.O.I a girl is throwing at you if you don’t have a clue as to what they are.

If you are having issues with talk to women you will not be able to see the I.O.I or even worse you do notice what may be an I.O.I and you are frozen in fear to talk to her!

So there you are like an asshole standing there clueless as to what to do.

How do you avoid this situation - by making it a HABIT and be disciplined when talking to women. I mean how many dating ebooks have you read or audio courses and never used it?

Be honest, how much have you spent in self-help and never implemented what you learned?

You must actually use what you learned and make it a habit in your daily life to approach women. Reading all the dating ebooks in the world will not help you!!!

Practice, Practice, Practice – oh yeah did I mention practice, your conversational skills with women. If not you will never get over the hump of meeting women.

I need to talk about something that happened this past weekend in Las Vegas as I was celebrating my birthday at the Palms Pool. I was celebrating with several friends and one of them is a legend among us for his partying skills. Anyway he was there with his new lady and for 3 days he was taking things to the limit.

I mean he was partying so damn hard he was a staggering drunk and passing out early. She was there to have a good time but she was basically babysitting him the entire weekend.

I only bring this up because they’ve been dating for about a month so the romance is still new and fresh. She already had an idea that he likes to party but now she got a full knuckle sandwich of the “type of guy” my buddy is. She was frustrated to say the least and it sucks to see it happened to my close friend. To be honest I see that relationship ending soon.

He has a lot of bad habits and I’m addressing this post to those readers who go on benders and “party” way too hard.

STOP IT! Those habits will catch up with you and eventually will be your downfall. It’s not worth it – you don’t need lots of alcohol to talk to women. Nor do you need to put anything else into your body to be that “fun guy”.

I see a lot of guys that feel they need to drink or do other things to be popular, liked or cool. These are all bad reasons and demonstrate a weak sense of self worth.

Don’t get me wrong, I drink myself but I don’t like to lose control nor do I expect people to take care of me. Just keep it clean and cool use what you have learned about pick up and your confidence will get you women.

I want to talk about killing your anxiety when approaching women with this training tip I want to share. It works because I did this same tactic to get over my fears and to be honest I still do it just to stay razor sharp.

Most of the dating and getting laid courses never talk about this. Helping you get over the hump when approaching women and destroying that mental block. All they do is give you some openers to approach women without doing one thing first.

That one thing is practice! You have to practice with women in order to get good.

For the most part your brain is preventing you from acting out of fear because you are outside your comfort level.

Let be honest you may not have too much experience with women. When you see women you are attracted to – you freeze up. You are uncomfortable approaching her and you constantly avoid those situations. It’s like a broken record it just happens over and over again.

Be honest how man times have you said – “Man I wish I would have asked her out” or “Man I wish I could have the balls to say something”

So how do you get over this hump? PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!

How do you practice? By actually approaching women you are not attracted to! That’s right approach women you are not attracted to and make a quick conversation / comment and exit.

You need to train yourself not to be nervous in these situations. You accomplish this by training yourself with women in the 4 – 5 on the beauty scale to get over the hump of approaching. If you ever want to meet hot men or those 9’s and 10’s you first need to have approached those 4’s or 5’s.

Okay so where do you meet 4’s and 5’s to practice?

• Supermarkets
• Coffee shops
• Shopping mall
• Anywhere you see a ‘plain jane’ just fucking say something!!

It doesn’t have to be too complicated. If you are at the market and she’s holding a bottle of wine say “You are really going to enjoy that wine” wait for a quick response from her and go. That’s it. I still do this exercise just so I can stay sharp and never have that fear creep up on me. It’s more out of habit now but it works and I want you to use it.

Alright guys I gave you some training wheels – now you need to use them it’s all up to you.

Hey guys I’m back!!!!!!!! Sorry it has been some time but I’ve been away and had a close friend staying with me so that took up my time constantly going out and partying. Okay I’m back so lets get to work – I know I missed a lot here!

As I was out I remembered the days when I was not exactly taking advantage of going to bars/clubs and parties and meeting women. Instead I just sat home and did nothing blaming myself for not being tall enough, rich, or not cool enough.

I forgot one thing – women are out-and-about and I was doing nothing about it! For some of you reading this you are probably doing the same. Are you deciding to stay home not returning phone calls from friends to attend a house party or some other social outing?

What’s up? I mean WTF, why are you not taking advantage of the opportunities?

Okay fine you may be shy, may not know what to say but how long will you use that as an excuse? Stop licking your wounds and get of your ass and stop being such a pussy! Once you let go of all your baggage and realize it’s YOU that has slowed your progress with women the world will open up.

I recently downloaded this free report by Vin DiCarlo and I have to say it’s pretty freakin awesome. In short Vin goes into piecing apart female psychology and putting it back together so us men can attract women with better success.

One thing this is not is manipulating women for your own gain and just get laid. Truth is you don’t want to be the serial dater your whole life and singe. As you get older women are going to want men – not immature 35 year olds acting like they are 18 getting wasted every weekend.

Well, first off I hope you all had a great Christmas. This year I actually kept it mellow hung out at a friends’ house with his wife’s family. Hey there’s nothing wrong with taking a break from women and just appreciate life for what it is.

Anyway I want to share with you some tips on meeting women at a party or bar. This year (for the 1st time in 6 years) I’ll be in the U.S. celebrating New Year’s in California, so my plan will be in L.A. for the night.

Alright here we go….By now I hope you have made plans to party at a bar, club or house party. Just make sure if it’s a house party there will be women there if not bail and head to a bar.

Whatever you do don’t be that drunk asshole who loses control unable to speak a whole sentence. There is nothing worse for a woman than being approached by some drunk ass. Stay in control at all times and don’t embarrass yourself!

Be social! Talk to as many different women as possible moving from one group to the next. Spend some time doing this and whatever you do ‘be the fun guy’.

Next you will want to close in on the woman that caught your eye and start creating some real attraction here. Refer to my previous posts to pick up on ‘conversation topics’ you can easily use.

Here is an opener you can use: “Hey, I saw you from over there and I had to come over and say Hi, you have have great fashion style about you. My name is_______.” You can change up the opener to make it your own (be original).

There you go…an easy ice breaker that’s not hard, clever or cute. No need for a clever one-liner or some canned opener. 

Above all stay relaxed and don’t act nervous or fidget. I hope you all have a great New Year’s and stay safe!

As promised here is the continuation from my previous post on killing approach anxiety. A lot of it has to do with not knowing what to say, in particular what to say to a woman when you first meet here.

Lets face it opening the conversation is the toughest part.

Here is an opener that will work most of the time and you won’t come off like a creep or some lame ass dude.

Are you ready?

Okay here it is….

“I wanted to let you know that you have great style and energy. My name is…”

Introduce yourself very quickly using a “false time constraint” saying you only have a couple of minutes and say you would like to meet her for coffee some time that week.

I like using that one during the day when I’m not out not partying at night.

There is no need to come up with something clever or witty in fact she will be surprised and elated that a man had the nuts to walk up to her.
