I’m kind of curious with the readers of this blog – what is the overwhelming fear that is holding you back from meeting women and just plain walking up to them? What in particular do you fear the most?

1. Being turned down and just hearing the word – “REJECTED!”
2. She will look at you and scream
3. Your friends will clown you
4. She already has a boyfriend
5. Her girlfriends will cock block you
6. You’ll completely embarrass yourself

These are all legitimate fears if you give it power. I say again your fears will only manifest themselves if you give them power!

The human mind it seems to invite these fears and overtake us. Perhaps it’s the leftover from evolution – I don’t know but I don’t really care. I do know that I have power over what I think and how it affects me. Luckily there is that flip side.

A lot of your fears can disappear with some relaxation and preparation. I can’t stress enough how important it is to relax before going out and especially right before speaking to women. If not you’ll look nervous.

Also you must change that negative / self defeating mindset into one of power. When you enter the club, believe and feel you are the best looking guy there and the one guy the women want to meet.

I don’t consider this arrogance just self empowerment. It becomes arrogance when you become full of yourself and put others down. Never be that guy!

I think the preparation can be summed up in strong body language and knowing what to say to women. I found it to be that simple when interacting with women.

• Letting go of my fears
• Strong body language
• Knowing how to flirt with women
• Most important – having fun!
