It’s a legitimate question you need to ask yourself. If you are a complete newbie how are you supposed to know the I.O.I a girl is throwing at you if you don’t have a clue as to what they are.

If you are having issues with talk to women you will not be able to see the I.O.I or even worse you do notice what may be an I.O.I and you are frozen in fear to talk to her!

Basically when taking to women you are marketing yourself. All this talk of “be yourself” is NOT good enough for many women. Let’s get one thing straight, as a human being there is nothing wrong with “nice guy” but women find them boring when it comes to attraction.

They provide no spark, no impact and make no sexual escalation in the conversation.

I myself suffered through the whole nice guy syndrome for years. I think at the heart of it I’m a nice guy – it’s the way I was raised. It simply carried over to my interactions with women.

Guys I’m telling you, drop the whole “nice guy” routine. STOP ‘being yourself’ when you meet women.

When women say “just be yourself” it’s 100% BULLSHIT. They never go for the nice guy – ever!  They always go for the guy that’s edgy, funny and exciting. I can care less what they say, I’ve heard it over and over and I see the same girls go for the guy opposite of what they described.

The girls that do go for nice guys are the 35 year olds and older who have already went through a string of dirt bags and all they really want is a nice guy at that point. 

Women are governed by their emotions.  They guys that are successful with women are the ones who can excite women and create that spark.

How did they do that? They did a better job at marketing themselves that you did.

I mean he was partying so damn hard he was a staggering drunk and passing out early. She was there to have a good time but she was basically babysitting him the entire weekend.

I only bring this up because they’ve been dating for about a month so the romance is still new and fresh. She already had an idea that he likes to party but now she got a full knuckle sandwich of the “type of guy” my buddy is. She was frustrated to say the least and it sucks to see it happened to my close friend. To be honest I see that relationship ending soon.

He has a lot of bad habits and I’m addressing this post to those readers who go on benders and “party” way too hard.

STOP IT! Those habits will catch up with you and eventually will be your downfall. It’s not worth it – you don’t need lots of alcohol to talk to women. Nor do you need to put anything else into your body to be that “fun guy”.

I see a lot of guys that feel they need to drink or do other things to be popular, liked or cool. These are all bad reasons and demonstrate a weak sense of self worth.

Don’t get me wrong, I drink myself but I don’t like to lose control nor do I expect people to take care of me. Just keep it clean and cool use what you have learned about pick up and your confidence will get you women.

I’m here to say it’s a bunch of CRAP! Why? No one likes to be put down and on top of that who likes cocky people? Okay fine you are messing around but you are still being a cocky asshole / meathead. That can easily translate to arrogance or abrasiveness and for the most part confident women will see this a mile away and be turned off.

The key to attracting women is light humor and teasing. I tease all the damn time and they eat it up. You don’t have to be a Dave Chappell to attract women just simple light hearted humor is all you need. I’m no fan of goofy humor that paints you like a clown so I advise to stay clear from that.

Most of the dating and getting laid courses never talk about this. Helping you get over the hump when approaching women and destroying that mental block. All they do is give you some openers to approach women without doing one thing first.

That one thing is practice! You have to practice with women in order to get good.

For the most part your brain is preventing you from acting out of fear because you are outside your comfort level.

Let be honest you may not have too much experience with women. When you see women you are attracted to – you freeze up. You are uncomfortable approaching her and you constantly avoid those situations. It’s like a broken record it just happens over and over again.

Be honest how man times have you said – “Man I wish I would have asked her out” or “Man I wish I could have the balls to say something”

So how do you get over this hump? PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!

How do you practice? By actually approaching women you are not attracted to! That’s right approach women you are not attracted to and make a quick conversation / comment and exit.

You need to train yourself not to be nervous in these situations. You accomplish this by training yourself with women in the 4 – 5 on the beauty scale to get over the hump of approaching. If you ever want to meet hot men or those 9’s and 10’s you first need to have approached those 4’s or 5’s.

Okay so where do you meet 4’s and 5’s to practice?

• Supermarkets
• Coffee shops
• Shopping mall
• Anywhere you see a ‘plain jane’ just fucking say something!!

It doesn’t have to be too complicated. If you are at the market and she’s holding a bottle of wine say “You are really going to enjoy that wine” wait for a quick response from her and go. That’s it. I still do this exercise just so I can stay sharp and never have that fear creep up on me. It’s more out of habit now but it works and I want you to use it.

Alright guys I gave you some training wheels – now you need to use them it’s all up to you.

1) Coffee Houses – I have to say whenever I come across a coffee house in downtown I always see good looking women sipping lattes and having fun. I honestly feel that coffee shops are an untapped market when it comes to meeting women. Most guys simply do not take advantage of what I found to be a terrific place to easily meet women. Just sit down with a cup of coffee and start a conversation with a woman nearby.

2) House Parties – I love house parties because they are fun and are meant for people to socialize. Just show up with a 12 pack and schmooze. These places are actually easier to meet women than you think. You already know someone there so you can use that to your advantage.

3) Social Circle – Your friends are an untapped market to meet women. You can also go the route of being the party planner and event organizer but keep it simple and use your social circle to meet more women.

4) Happy Hour – My all time favorite tactic to meet women. Why – because it’s way more relaxed than the nighttime bar scene or club and there’s still plenty of women to talk to. I live in an area with a weekly magazine that has list of things to do in the area. I’m sure your city has exactly the same – use it! I’m telling you it’s a goldmine.

The most important thing is your profile must tell a story about you. Your story should be one of a man that isn’t needy, is fun to be around and confident.

How do you accomplish this? The first thing is to have several photos that put you in those types of social situations. If you have photos of yourself in the mirror without your shirt – REMOVE them. Next time you’re out partying, a house party, enjoying Sunday funday – snap some photos and post those up on your profile.

How may times do you see women posting photos of themselves on Facebook? That’s right all the damn time!

Those photos put you out there as that fun guy and that’s what women want. They want a fun confident guy not that creep taking photos of himself in the mirror and in the hallway with no smile.

Here’s another aspect of your profile you need to be mindful about, not coming off needy. I have to say I’ve read a ton of profile heading that rings – LOSER.   “Please pick me” , “Nice guy looking for love”. Sorry but you want to attract them not scare them.

Never mention you are a nice guy. Sure women say all the time they want a good guy who is nice and blah blah blah. You know what the problem is? It’s all bullshit because they always view the nice guy as a pussy. I had to learn that fu*cked up lesson time and time again.

Don’t get me wrong deep down many women want that nice guy but you can’t be a pussy – be strong and be a MAN.
